Historical Development
2017
the company was formally established on 9 January, with a registered capital of USD 1.4 million, and Peng Yongxian as the legal representative. In the same year, the company set up a large-scale production base in Yishida Industrial district, Anji County, which covers an area of more than 10 acres, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tonnes, and had more than 20 production lines at that time.
2020
On 4th June, the company underwent a number of changes, including the change of residence from Yishida Village, Dipu Street, Anji County to National Anji Bamboo Industry Demonstration Zone, Xiaofeng Town, Anji County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, as well as the change of shareholders and the proportion of capital contribution. The company has gathered a number of elites who have been engaged in the industry for more than 15 years at home and abroad, and the core technology created and researched by years of craftsmanship, and has become a national standard and industry standard formulation unit. The company produces 'ECOTECHWOOD' 'ECOTECHWOOD' green energy-saving new environmentally friendly wood-plastic products, more than 90% exported overseas, the products are exported to the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Argentina, Mexico, Thailand and other countries, Japan, Argentina, Mexico, Thailand and more than 40 countries and regions, the main customers include Home Depot Group, Andaya Group, B&Q and other building materials.
2020-Now
Due to the expansion of production capacity, the company has built a new plant of 48,000 square metres, an office building of 5,100 square metres, as well as dormitory buildings, roads and other infrastructures, and added more than 100 sets of equipment such as extruders, granulators, mixers, etc., to form a production scale of new decorative materials with an annual output of 50,000 tonnes of new materials, including WPC, PVC flooring of all kinds, fencing boards, wall panels and so on. The annual output value reaches more than 14 million US dollars.
